Gorki SPB

In Russian the name Gorki Spb means St Petersburg hills.

Gorki SPb is a cottage club housing estate project for permanent living that was begun in May 2004. The building site was finished at the end of 2006. It took 2 years to create a modern, comfortable living environment, which is a real alternative to a city flat.

Developed infrastructures and the introduction of the latest building technology and modern engineering systems are just some of the indisputable merits of Gorki SPB. The architectural project has been designed by the Arkval architectural bureau from Finland. The housing estate consists of 16 houses, in the Scandinavian constructivist style, on plots of land of an area of 0,2 hectares and above. The total area of the estate is 4 hectares. In this project, PetroStyle has brought to realization the idea of building cottages with the full complement of mod cons and services.

The cooperation between PetroStyle and the Bulthaup Design Gallery resulted in the Villa Olivia show home.
