Arkval Arkkitehdit OY

The architectural bureau Arkval from Finland was behind the design of the cottage estates at Gorki SPB and Medovoe, as well as the joint project with RBI Holding in Mistolovo. For each development project there has been a competitive tender, in which participated various design specialists from Russia, Finland and Sweden. The competition was won by the Arkval bureau.

DRI

The main specialization of the DRI Company is reconstruction and building of deluxe class properties in St Petersburg. The company has a lot of experience in the realization of a number of successful projects. In the nearest future, the company plans the reconstruction of a building at 15 Galernaya Street, alongside PetroStyle, and several other buildings in the Admiralteisky district.

Gaetano Pesce

From 1959 until 1965 Gaetano Pesce studied architecture and industrial design at Venice University. Since 1962, he has successfully designed furniture for companies like Cassina, B&B Italia, Bernini, Meritalia and others. Amongst Gaetano Pesce’s famous architectural projects are the reconstruction of the Fiat factory in Turin, a children’s home in the Parc de la Villette in Paris (1985, France), the Organic building in Osaka (1993, Japan), the Murmans Art Gallery in Knokke-Zut (1994, Belgium), and the reconstruction project of the World Trade Centre in New York (2002, USA). Since 2007, Gaetano Pesce has been actively cooperating with PetroStyle. He has taken part in working on the Medovoe housing estate by designing the Flames club house.

Knight Frank

Since 2006, PetroStyle has been working together with Knight Frank on a number of projects such as Medovoe, Gorki SPB, Korabelnie Sosni and others. Knight Frank is an international consulting company, which was founded 110 years ago in London. Nowadays it is one of the main and the biggest players on the international real estate market.

Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development

A cooperation agreement has been signed with the representatives of the North West department of the bank. It is orientated towards clients who would like to buy a house with the ‘Wooden House Building’ consumer credit programme without mortgages and guarantees.

Open insurance joint-stock company Reso-Guarantee

Reso-Guarantee is providing insurance services in the following insurance fields: insurance of building and construction work for all PetroStyle projects, and insurance of the civil professional responsibility of a building organization.

RBI

RBI Holding is a group of companies operating on the investment and construction market in the segments of residential and commercial properties. Together with RBI Holding, PetroStyle is involved in the realization of the development project of a multi-functional district called Karella Hills, including low-rise buildings in a village called Mistolovo, in the suburbs of St Petersburg.

Rovaniemi – authentic wooden houses from Lappland

PetroStyle is an exclusive representative of Rovaniemi which produces authentic wooden houses from Lapland. It’s a leading trademark in the market of wooden houses made from circular and laminated logs. It is also exclusive to the Rovaniemi trademark that building materials such as dead pine Kelo and Golden pine are represented on the Russian market. Houses made from these materials are only built on an individual basis.

Sberbank provides mortgage services for PetroStyle clients who would like to buy cottages in Korabelnie Sosni.

St.Petersburg department of Miel Holding

PetroStyle understands the demands of today’s Real Estate market, and the necessity of using mortgage facilities. PetroStyle has therefore chosen Miel, an Investment and Development Holding, to be its partner for brokerage services.
